I purchased a Waterford Crystal Mixology Champagne Coupe Set of 4 . 2 of the glasses were broken when I first opened the box. After emailing pictures and follow up with a phone call I spoke to Bryony who apologised and offered to send 2 replacement glasses, which I accepted. They arrived within 2 days. Bryony was sympathetic, efficient and very professional dealing with this situation. Excellent customer service.
