The glasses arrived in good time and were well packaged. U fortunately I ordered the wrong size by mistake and I am now awaiting a reply. From customer service to exchange the Villeroy and Bosch wAter glasses for the white wine smaller ones. Would recommend Savoy and Snook on delivery.
