Bought a cup and saucer to replace some that had got broken. I email a request to send it to an alternative address,and customer services assured me this would be done. The items arrived on time to the right address,very well packed ,there was no damage and they arrived intact.
I was very impressed with the excellent level of service and would certainly use them again.
