I ordered two boxes of the Royal Doulton 1815 16 piece dinner service. Unfortunately one of the large plates was broken, possibly because one box wasn't packed as well as the other one.
I sent a photo of the broken plate and Savoy and Snook agreed to send me a replacement; this has now arrived. Very good service.
