Unfortunately the item I ordered arrived damaged which obviously was caused by bad handling by the couriers. However, although disappointed I have to say that the service I received from this company was first class in that I was contacted within 1 hour of receiving the parcel and informing them, even though it was out of hours - I cannot fault their help at all and would not hesitate to recommend them as a company to deal with.
