My glasses came quickly and with no fuss, very well wrapped perfect condition when arrived :) my only concern was the way they were delivered, when Hermes dropped them off they left them in the bin!! The glasses i purchased are very expensive and a 40 th birthday present for my husband, I honestly don’t understand why something with fragile written all over it was left in a bin,very worried about that to be honest. Savoy and Snook well done! Maybe think about having a word with Hermes about how you want your company represented.
