Well as we still haven't received our order it is difficult to give more than the minimum rating possible. Our order was placed on 23rd February and we received an email on 27th February confirming shipment. Today is March 08th and still no sign. Not happy!
Update: the order finally arrived. Took two weeks from shipment confirmation date but I believe that the problem was with Royal Mail. Really pleased with the item and the packaging was first-rate, which is just as well as I think Royal Mail may have shipped the item via the Faroe Isles.
