Website was easy to navigate and the price was good. Purchase made online without any fuss. Delicate glass items appear to have been very well wrapped and the delivery arrived in good time. As the item is a gift I've not fully opened the package to check condition of contents but on the basis that I cannot hear glass rattling around inside I presume all is fine.
