I ordered an item for a birthday present on the 6th June, thinking this would arrive in good time for the 20th June. However I had still not even received a shipping notice by the 17th June so I contacted Savoy & Snook to query this, explaining this was a birthday present. The next day on the 18th June I received a shipping notice, but no actual reply from Savoy & Snook. The item finally arrived late, over a week after the birthday it was planned for!
