The Sawgrass Print Utility with the SG1000 is horrible. It is extreamly slow and laggy. it should not take 9 to 11 minutes from opening a file, setting it up and finally getting A print. Somtimes it just stops and doesnt even print. I have opened a ticket and we have been emailing back and forth for 3 weeks with NO resolution so far. Stay Far away until they sort out the Sawgrass Print Utility they are forcing you to use to use their printers.
