From my initial online enquiry looking for a few scaffold products, the team were quick to come back to me with a formal quotation even after I amended my requirements a couple of times due to random requirements. Great communication and helpful staff thoughout the order, including a call from the delivery driver confirming where I needed the parts dropped.
This was for a local theatre group to support lights and curtains so not their regular order.
