I purchased some lovely toys from Scandiborn just before Christmas, 1 of the items was kept as a birthday present for one of our granddaughters, unfortunately when she opened the toy a few pieces were missing, this really surprised me be cause of the very high standards that come with the Scandiborn name. This happened on a Good Friday so Easter Monday I sent an email explaining what had happened enclosing pictures as well. My word I cannot quite believe how quickly they acted on this upon reading my email on the Tuesday after Easter - by Thursday (only just over 24 hours later) our granddaughter had received a replacement toy sent directly to her! Just brilliant customer service, they truly couldn't have done anything else, absolutely over and above the call of duty. I would have been quite happy with a response about a week later and maybe a refund, but Scandiborn really did seem genuinely concerned about this and putting it right - I salute you all at Scandiborn!
