The products are excellent and I will buy again; what was a complete shambles was the courier service provided by Parcel Force from their Leicester depot. Having agreed a date for delivery, having remained at home all day, I was bemused to receive a message that there had been no-one available to sign for the delivery and a note had been left advising me as to what action to take unfortunately no note was left either at my house or the two neighbours when I reported this to Leicester Depot I was informed that the likelihood was that the driver had been unable to find the house and had taken the stock back to. It took another 3 days for delivery to take place. I was helped by a member of your staff Isobel Mceuen who went the "extra mile" to help what a player!
