Excellent customer service, once a response had been received (between 12 hours and 1 week, over several occasions). An efficient garment replacement process with free of charge return. Good quality garment. BUT, I do have to question Schoffel gilet sizing. I am a typical 14/16. I ordered a 16 and found it too narrow. This was exchanged for a size 18, which fits quite well. I recommend you order up a size in this particular style of garment for a fit which does not strain at the seams!!
