I have purchased clothing from Schoffel for many years, their service is excellent and the clothing very good quaility. However, on ordering this year for Christmas presents, it has come to light that everything we have ordered is too small. Having spoken to customer services about this, I am informed that Schoffel has indeed made its fleeces and gilets smaller in size.
So, when ordering in future, previous customers need to know this and up the size by 1 to 2 sizes. Very annoying when everything ordered has to be returned.
