I bought this for my wife's Christmas, the delivery and service were great. Sadly the size was a little too small so I arranged a return and exchange - Nothing could have been easier, Schoffel's return page allowed me to print a returns label and it was free. Within 4 days the replacement arrive and again the delivery was spot on. The gilet was, as expected with Schoffel, great quality and my wife was delighted. I knew she would be?
