Like other reviewers I found Schoffel return process abysmal. Deposited the return on 10th February on the 22nd February it is still sitting on a pallet waiting to go back to the retailer. Customer service accept no responsibility for the poor service and seem to think in excess of 10 days is normal and acceptable. Promised a call back from a manager which never materialised. I pointed out I could walk from London to the retailer quicker. Awful service for a premium priced company, would not recommend at all!
