This is definitely a 5* company. My parcel was received the day after I submitted my online order and my jumpers were beautifully packed in tissue paper and then my order was dispatched in a solid cardboard box, with the result the order was received in pristine condition. The jumpers were beautiful and so well made. I'm more than pleased with my purchase
