The quality of the item (gilet £199.95) was in my opinion very poor.
The item was returned straight away. Schoffel had not refunded the money 9 days after they had received it, so I rang.
The person I spoke to was lovely and helpful and sorted refund straight away. However I should not have had to make that telephone call. The only reason it is not less stars is because of the nice person I spoke to.
