I have not ordered from Shoffel and rang to speak to customer services as I have problems being available to sign for deliveries. I also wanted to check about their returns policy as the item was for a present and I wouldn't be able to return it for another size within the 14 days. The person I spoke to was extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Ordered made Friday lunchtime article arrived Monday morning. The item is lovely and the quality that I hoped for, I am sure my husband will love it when he opens it in a few weeks time.
