Find it slightly frustrating that I have to pay postage on exhange/return due to size. I have to buy online due to geographic and available time due to work. The jacket I ordered in a 40 was way too big, I am in the process of exchanging for a 36 which I hope will be ok otherwise I will be posting again.
Exactly the same process for a pair of plus 2s I have ordered - I hope the 32 waist size will work first time
Perhaps when spending over a certain amount the exchange/return could be free of charge??
