I phoned for an order for a birthday present in the afternoon but wanted the Schoffel fleece body warmer for the next day. Even although I had missed the deadline for next day delivery a very kind & thoughtful member of your staff managed to arrange for delivery the next day for which I was so grateful. It was a present for my husband's 70th birthday. They are wonderful fleeces- he has had the lined one for several years & it is still very presentable, so I had to get a similar product in a different colour. I would certainly shop with you again!
