I am most impressed by the service I received. I returned one jacket,which was a bit tight on Tuesday and got a replacement by Thursday morning That was excellent service. I like my jacket a lot too I have only one reservation. The picture in the catalogue made Juniper appear like blue / purple when it is actually more like brown Nevertheless the service was excellent
