Excellent customer service!! I had purchased a jacket some weeks before through another web supplier but later discovered a problem with the zip fastening which hadn’t been apparent on receipt. Rather than return to the original supplier (who no longer stocked the style) I contacted Schoffel direct by phone ; they were so helpful - if I returned the jacket with a description of the problem they would be happy to see what they could do about it. Less than a week later the jacket has been returned to me with the zip fault remedied! Such a refreshing change to experience a ‘can do ‘ attitude!
