Parcel was delivered promptly after ordering on line (5*). However I had ordered two navy hats and there was only one in the bag (hence my 3*). A phone call solved the problem and the second hat arrived the next day (back to 5*). Pity that parcels are not checked more carefully against the order before sealing and sending. The phone line operator herself was very pleasant and helpful in the event.
