Super fast delivery and great packaging. Lovely brochure included. However, disappointing that returns are not paid for - I had to pay the original delivery fee of £4.99 for my first item then the same again return adding £10 onto the cost of something that I did not purchase. I ended up exchanging this item for a more expensive item but had to re order - also disappointing that you cannot exchange directly via post.
