I bought a voucher at a cost of £140 with a message to be sent to my wife on Christmas Day.
No present, no message, no voucher
Not only did the voucher not arrive until 2nd January two emails to your Customer Service Dept have been totally ignored. You call this service??
A huge disappointment.
