The product itself is beautiful as always. However so very dissatisfied with the delivery service after having it tracked to 5 minutes from the house before it cancelled the delivery twice and sending it back the the depot over an hour away from me. Eventually after my daughter's birthday had been and gone I managed to have it delivered to a pick up point. Tainted the experience of buying from you on this occasion.
