I made a purchase at 3pm on a Thursday and selected next day delivery at extra charge. There was no detail at this point on cut-off times. I assumed at latest I would receive the delivery on Saturday. I received an email on the Friday stating that the delivery would be on Monday. I rang customer services and was told that any order placed after 1pm on a Thursday won't be delivered until Monday as Saturday isn't a 'day' as far as they are concerned. I was told by a customer services advisor that I should have read the terms and conditions. I disagree. I feel this should be made clear at the point when the customer chooses a delivery option. I cancelled the order and am unlikely to order from Schoffel again.
