Bought online & delivery was amazingly quick, beautifully packaged. Unfortunately the coat I purchased was unsuitable purely because the hood was enormous & when up it completely fell over my face even when i had tightened all cords etc. I would have kept the coat had the hood not been so large as it was a beautiful warm coat
