I ordered a hat on 12/15/14 and received it on 12/29/14. Considering that it was being shipped from the UK to Alaska, I understood the delay in shipping, but the website gave no information on how long the shipping would take nor choices to make a speedier delivery for Christmas.
The hat was delivered in a box that was 21x14x4 and the hat was smashed to fit the box. It had no support to help it keep it's form and after a week of attempting to see if it would resume it's form, I am returning it. The box contained the hat, a catalog, the return policy and receipt. There was no packaging and the hat migrated around in the box when I picked it up. This was the worst packaging job I have ever seen in my life. Used items I have purchased on ebay are better packaged and arrive in great condition.
I contacted Heather Potticary (Customer Service Manager) on 12/30/14 letting her know the condition of my item and that I was going to see if it would return to form or return it. She never responded to the email.
I expect to be fully reimbursed, which would include the cost of the hat, the shipping form the UK and the cost I will incur when I ship the hat back. I would have been very happy if the hat had not been destroyed in the shipping.
Considering that I have not heard from the company in regards to my email, I am not confident in my reimbursement. If this issue is remedied, I will gladly write a new review.
