The service from sales was friendly and excellent and I purchased a new ladies Mayfair Down for my wife size 12 unfortunately the coat was a perfect fit but the arm / sleeve seemed to be disproportional small to the garment my wife has normal arms quite small !
Allas I had to return the loverly coat
