Excellent customer service including quick response to incoming telephoned inquiry by person who answered the call, advice given on sizing by same person, same day dispatch and next day delivery (although I did not pay extra for this) and use of a professional courier service with local offices, had I been unavailable to receive delivery.
I have purchased from you before via a stockist so knew the high quality of your product range and was not disappointed by the fleece. I shall use your direct sales service again in future.
