Dear Schoffel: No sooner did I send in my review, which reflected my disappointment with shipping, the item was delivered to my door. Well I suppose, to make the sun appear, one must carry an umbrella. My wife tried the jacket on, it fit, looks good on her if you ask me. I hope she enjoys it--that is the real test. But it is everything I hoped it would be. Appears to be well-made. I particularly like the color, a distinctive dark aubergine. The Royal Mail could do a better job of tracking and communicating. I got the idea that they were holding the item at Kennedy Airport and were ready to ship it back to you out of some sort of confused frustration. Perhaps it was all that snow. Frank Reider
