I ordered the chatsworth tweed baker hat which arrived 3 days later, however when I opened my parcel I realized I had been sent the tweed cap in error. I telephoned Schoffel straight away and they promised me my baker boy hat would be with me the next day and arranged a pick up time for the returned item. True to their word my baker boy hat arrived lunch time the next day and the courier on the expected day. Very good service and would use again.
