Schoffel products are brilliant every time. However this is the first time I have needed to return an item. Whilst I have always been happy to pay the full High Street price for on line purchases I was shocked at the cost of sending a return. I pay the same price on line without the retailer having the High Street overhead. ALL RETURNS SHOULD BE AT YOU COST. I will not purchase from you again.
