Excellent customer service. The product I ordered was the wrong size and I initially regretted buying direct from the manufacturer. However, the ability to call customer services, be on hold for less than 10 seconds and speak to someone helpful who came up with a solution and then expedited the delivery of the correct size item, plus arranging pick up of my returns was simply first class. A great team behind the scenes!
