I made an order five days ago for a birthday present and I'm yet to be informed if this item has been dispatched. I payed for 'first class' postage and it's not here, so I assume it hasn't even been dispatched yet.
Needless to say I won't be buying from Scotclan again.
It's a shame as the rest of the shopping experience was good.
