I called from the United States, and left a message. Scotclans gave me a return call the next morning. I asked about a custom order with a different plaid that was online, and they were able to provide it, but said it would take a few more days. From the time I ordered until I received the order was about a week. Shipping was overnight at a very reasonable price. And finally, the product was perfect! Thank you!
