This is particularly reassuring as I live in Australia so the goods have quite a distance to travel. Albeit in my last transaction there was some confusion on delivery of placemats and the fact that they thought they had emailed me but had not, I would still highly recommend this website as they emailed me immediately apologising and the goods arrived very soon after with some discount coupons to use for next time. In general a very polished service in an area of online purchasing where there are many unreliable sources out there. Would highly recommend especially to those new to the online purchasing scene.
