My order was placed quickly and I did not pay attention to the shipping notices. I emailed c/s asking when it would arrive and was informed these are all handmade items and therefore it could be weeks before my order shipped. However, with-in days the order showed up and we had time to send it off with other packages without an I.O.U. attached. We have ordered from ScotClans before with good results.
