I needed to order an item for Christmas and was concerned about ordering on line and overseas....I contacted Scotscan via email to ask about shipping, not really expecting an answer...the next day, I received a delightful message telling me exactly what I hoped to hear, we corresponded several times and I was able to order my item and did receive it in time!! I was extremely happy with the company and my merchandise!!
