I love your products. I did have some trouble ordering on line. My bank stopped my credit card until they were sure I had placed the order. It took me 3 calls to my bank before we realized that they did not understand I was ordering from Scotland and then allowed my card purchase to go through. I tried to call your US number 3 different days and could not get a real person on the phone. I also tried to call the number listed for Scotland and it would not go through as listed. After several days of trying everything was in place and you had my order. I was not aware of the extra money I would have to pay for the items to enter this country. It would have helped to know that ahead of time. The items arrived before Christmas and were loved by everyone. I would order again. Suzanne
