It was exciting to order directly with someone in Scotland! Unfortunately I had made my decisions ten days before Christmas, and the factory was closing down for the holiday in a couple. The order taker was very gracious but let me know it would be 4 weeks or more for delivery. Disappointed as I had hoped to give as Christmas gifts. There was also a problem with processing with my bank - had to make arrangements with them for international purchase and then call back. So I had NO expectations on delivery. BUT the box came on Christmas Eve!! Surprise! Delighted with the quality of the items. Will definitely order again from ScotsClan.
