I am very pleased with Scotclans customer service. I was delighted to find a gift for a friend that is well made and authentic but I was not confident it would be a smooth transaction because I live in US. I emailed customer service with a concern regarding my order and the response was immediate and followed up with a phone call from to reassure me I had ordered the scarf I wanted. She called on a tense day at work and her courteous and soothing voice was beyond customer service, it was practically a pat on the hand from my grandmother. I will be a returning customer.
