ScotClans were very pleasant to talk to as I telephoned my order for a Brown modern sash. The lady to whom I spoke explained that nothing could be done before 6 January when the formal Christmas break finished. I was told it could be up to 10 days to deliver but, in fact, it arrived earlier with the pretty brooch I had also ordered.
I really enjoyed wearing it at my Burns' Night function. It is good quality, attractive and appropriate. I shall recommend your firm should anyone be seeking similar tartan items.
