I ordered a Mackenzie tartan bow-tie and vest for my husband as well as a matching sash for myself. Margaret was super professional and proactive when I placed my order. She brought to my attention that I had made a mistake and my sash would not have matched my husband's attire the way I had ordered it. Due to her diligence my order not only came in plenty of time (she had worked with me on that issue as well-rushing my order) but it's really nice too. The vest fits my husband like a glove! The colors are beautiful and accurate. All in all we are very happy with the whole experience and we wouldn't hesitate to buy from ScotClans again.
