I ordered a scarf, tie and polo shirt with my family's crest and tartan at the end of November for my dad's Christmas present. I didn't receive them by the estimated time so I contacted Sc to ask about the delay and it turned out the mill had not had the right materials for the scarf. long story short, Margaret from Scotsclans managed to get the shirt and tie sent directly to my dad and had them giftwrapped in time for christmas and the scarf arrived in January, the level of service stemming from the hitch was second to none! really helpful, apologetic and pro-active. I will buy from Scotsclans again!
