I was delighted with the entire service I received. I was little unsure of what exactly I was looking for as this was a present for my partner. I was also struggling to find his clan name,nowhere seemed 2 stock it. Luckily I called scotclans and the very knowledgeable lady I spoke to was really helpful and pointed me in the right direction. I purchased 2 items from scotclans which had some specifications added to them and they were with me in around a week.
