I have always been pleased with the quality and handling of the merchandise I have ordered. There are other things I want but they aren't in my family's tartan so I have not ordered them. I understand that these items are more expensive to make and it is not practical to make them in every single tartan! I enjoy the history that is included in my newsletter.
